Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register at the conference?
Yes.  Please note that we will require credit card details in order to process your registration.

What happens if payment has not been received by the start of the conference?
Full payment must be received one week before the conference.  If you arrive at the conference without payment having been received by us, we will require credit card details in order to process your registration or confirmation of your payment to avoid a charge to your credit card.

Will translation be provided at the conference?
No.  The conference will be conducted in English and no translation service will be available at the conference.

Can I receive an electronic copy of the presentations?
All registered delegates will receive a post-conference CD copy of the delegate pack 15-20 working days after the conference.  Please note that we are only able to supply presentations from speakers where we have been authorised to do so, some speakers may choose to not make their presentations materials available outside of the conference environent due to confidentiality issues.

Can I copy the delegate pack for colleagues or customers?
No.  All conference delegate packs and the information therein are copyright and may not be reproduced in any format without prior permission from both Crain Communications and the relevant speakers.

Can I purchase the conference documentation?
Yes.  Conference documentation including the post-conference CD is available for purchase at a cost of £250 + 20% UK VAT = £300.

Will all the presentations be available on day?
We ask and encourage all speakers to provide presentation materials two weeks prior to the conference in order for us to include them in the conference documentation.  However, there may be occasions where speakers miss this deadline.  If a presentation is omitted from the delegate pack, it may still be included on the post-conference CD.

What if I have to cancel my registration?
Please see Terms and Conditions for details.  All cancellations must be received in writing. 
 
May I send a substitute in my place?
Yes.  A substitute may be sent at any time. Please confirm the substitution name in writing to Conference Enquiries at epnconferences@crain.com.

How do I know if my registration form has been received?
When you register online you will receive an automated confirmation email and joining instructions from Crain Communications.  If you have not received either of these 7 working days prior to the conference, and for any queries related to the bookings system please contact Conference Enquiries on +44 (0)20 8253 9621 or at epnconferences@crain.com.
