Accomodation

The conference is being held at the Le Plaza Brussels, Belgium. We have agreed a cheaper rate of €165 (inc tax b&b) per night with the hotel. The release date for the cheaper rooms is 30 September 2011. Novotel Brussels Centre Tour Noire has modern, spacious rooms with a LCD TV with pay movies and internet access. Other amenities include a work desk with ergonomic chair, a tea/coffee maker and a king-size bed. The spa centre features a jacuzzi, hammam and extensive fitness.
Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre: 4****	Single: €148.00 per night (B&B, including VAT and tax)	(1.4km from Le Plaza)	Set in the heart of Brussels historic centre, Bedford Hotel is just 450 metres from Grand Place. It features modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi and fine dining including an extensive breakfast. All rooms of Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre have satellite TV and a marble bathroom with a bath. 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation cannot be accepted once confirmed, however Baxter Hoare will endeavour to resell any unused rooms/nights on behalf of the client.

The Le Plaza Brussels is close to the main train stations such as Midi , terminal of Thalys and Eurostar. It is also easy to travel from Brussels International Airport to the hotel.
