examinations. In 1984, he became a state-certified Technician through Clausthal
Zellerfeld. After working at various companies as a Technician, Ulrich obtained a
degree from Clausthal Zellerfeld in 1990 as a Machinery Engineer. Ulrich worked
as a Development Engineer for three different automotive suppliers in advanced
technology development.
In 1998, Ulrich founded his own consulting company – Stieler Kunststoff Service
e.K. He was listed as an ‘Expert in plastics engineering’ at the Federal Ministry of
Economics, he has worked as a Mentor and Appraiser at the European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development.
