Koen is Technical Service and Development Engineer for Milliken Chemical's Plastic Additive business. In his role, Koen is responsible for technical customer support and product development for clarifying and nucleating agents. He is currently based at the Milliken Europe headquarters in Gent, Belgium.

Prior to joining Milliken he worked 5 years as a Process Developme Engineer at Recticel. His career at Milliken started as Development Engineer for the Performance Products Division and he had product and business development roles in the field of Rubber & Tape Reinforcements and Composites.

Koen has a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry - Plastics from BME-CTL Institute, Gent.
