In 1995, Stefan started his training as a Mouldmaker and worked in several divisions in the manufacturing site.
In 1999, he moved from the manufacturing department to the service and application department at Maenner.
In 2003, Stefan moved to WEFO, a Swiss moulding company.
In 2005, Stefan joined Netstal as Application Technology Consultant responsible for supporting customer's needs and requests from countries worldwide for different applications from closures, packaging, medical, telecommunication and technical components.
In February 2007, Stefan became Product Manager for caps and closures worldwide at Netstal.
In October 2009, he graduated with a Master of Advanced Studies in Plastic Engineering at the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz and changed his position to Manager Application Technology for the Business Unit Caps & Closures in the Netstal Group.
