All bookings will be charged the standard UK VAT of 15%.  If you are based outside of the UK, you must supply your VAT number when booking in order to not be charged UK Vat.

Registration fee:
Early Bird Registration Fee - - Book by Friday 25 September and pay €999 + VAT = €1148.85  
Standard Registration Fee - -  Book after Friday 25 September and pay €1199 + VAT = €1378.85

The registration fee covers entrance to all sessions, conference documentation and available papers, refreshment breaks and lunch as well as the conference dinner which will be held on the evening of Thursday 5 November 2009.

Once you have registered, you should receive a confirmation email.  We will also send you further details once we have processed the registration form.
